Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase govern the purchase of products through our store. Order acceptance. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer. An order is not confirmed until we process it and send a confirmation. Pricing and currency. All prices are listed in United States Dollars, and all transactions are conducted in United States Dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for the items, and shipping is free on all orders. We cover duties and import charges, so you are not required to pay additional customs fees, import duties, or similar charges to receive your order. We do not add handling fees at checkout. If a pricing error occurs, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order, and we will refund any amount paid if the order is cancelled.

Product descriptions and availability. We aim to describe our products accurately, including materials, sizing, and features. However, slight variations may occur in color, texture, and appearance due to photography, lighting, display settings, and manufacturing tolerances. Product availability is subject to change, and an item may become unavailable after you place an order. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss options, which may include waiting for restock, substituting a comparable item, or adjusting the order. We are not responsible for typographical errors, but we will correct them when we become aware of them.

Payment. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We accept the payment methods made available at checkout. Payment processing is handled by payment providers, and by submitting payment information you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. If a payment is declined, reversed, or disputed, we may suspend or cancel the order. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with the transaction, including currency conversion fees where applicable.

Shipping and delivery. Orders are typically dispatched within one to three business days, and delivery is generally expected within six to twelve days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees, and actual timing can vary based on destination, customs processing, carrier conditions, and other factors outside our control. All orders ship free, and we cover duties and import charges. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery, subject to applicable law and our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds. You have sixty days to return eligible items, and refunds typically complete within five to ten days after we receive and inspect your return. Your responsibilities. You agree not to use the store for unlawful purposes, not to submit false or misleading information, and not to interfere with the operation of the store.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from or related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or emotional distress, except where such limitations are not permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing terms and changes. These Terms of Purchase may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order at the time of purchase.
